IGP Collines Rhodaniennes "Loupiot" - Red Wine

This 100% Syrah cuvée comes from parcels located on the outskirts of the Saint-Joseph and Cornas crus, on diverse soils of clay, limestone, and granite. Its fruity nose reveals aromas of redcurrant, strawberry, and cherry, enhanced by spicy notes of cinnamon and pepper. On the palate, this full-bodied and generous wine offers a well-balanced structure while maintaining a pleasant freshness that makes it approachable from a young age. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks and 9 months of maturation, followed by 10 months in old Côte-Rôtie barrels, it develops beautiful complexity. Enjoy with a charcuterie board, roasted chicken with baby potatoes, or as an aperitif, at a serving temperature of 16–18°C. Can be cellared for up to 5 years.
