AOP Saint-Joseph - White Wine

This Saint-Joseph white wine, made from a balanced blend of 50% Roussanne and 50% Marsanne, embodies the finesse of the granitic terroirs of Sarras and Ozon. Its brilliant golden color precedes a captivating nose of acacia, honey, and orchard fruits. On the palate, it reveals an elegant structure where minerality harmonizes with citrus notes and a beautiful length. Vinified with gentle pressing and a long, low-temperature fermentation in tanks, it retains all its freshness thanks to the absence of malolactic fermentation. This subtle and refined wine pairs beautifully with sole meunière or Gaston Gérard chicken. Best served between 8 and 10°C, it is immediately enjoyable and will express its full potential within three years of bottling.
