From the steep slopes of the estate, this 100% Syrah Côte-Rôtie expresses all the finesse of the Côte Blonde. Crafted from 30-year-old vines, it reveals a perfect harmony between power and elegance. Its silky and complex profile reflects the granitic terroir that lends it remarkable depth. Grown using manual methods and sustainable farming, the vineyard is enhanced through meticulous winemaking: partial destemming, a slow three-week maceration, and fifteen months of aging in oak barrels. On the palate, it reveals a refined structure with an aromatic profile combining black fruits, spices, and floral notes. This age-worthy wine pairs beautifully with veal shoulder in lemon sauce or flank steak with pepper sauce. Best enjoyed at 18°C to fully appreciate its finesse and lingering finish.
