We are looking for finesse and balance to get a wine representative of its terroir and its vintage.
At the domain, respect for nature and the terroir is essential.
The vineyard on the hillside requires only manual work. The treatments are well thought out and favor the natural defenses and the treatments of natural origin.
The manual harvest is subject to severe sorting. The vinification is traditional, and the prolonged fermentations are assured by the indigenous yeasts. The wines are aged two years in oak barrels in our natural cellar.
